Bubble teas are pretty delicious. Only gripe is that they never have tapioca pearls ready until like an hour after they open (so like 1pm)...so it's always hit or miss for me getting bubble tea during lunch.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Just went in yesterday after shopping in Fred Meyers for school supplies and I went in with my bags because I didn’t want to take them to my car. The three bags I had I gave to my boyfriend and sister while I picked out my frozen yogurt. From the moment we stepped in they would not stop starring at us and making it feel like we were doing something wrong or stealing. One of the girls grabbed the manager and all three of them waited til I was done picking out my toppings. I felt very uncomfortable and the girls in there are very rude and have 0 customer service skills by not even welcoming me when I stepped through the door. It really sucks that they judged my family and I like that because even though I have been going there for years, I will no longer be spending my money on them.

The workers here are polite, yogurt selection is a little on the limited side. Toppings are ok, you can tell he grapes are old and have been frozen(fermented taste). Truthfully I've been to better places but this isn't a bad place to check out.

Employees who work here are incrediblely rude every single time I come in. I brushed off the rudeness a couple of time thinking it was just a fluke but unfortunately there has been a trend everytime I go in. It’s a shame because I like what they have but I rather go somewhere else just so I don’t have to deal with the employees. I hope the manager or owner sees this and can correct this problem. Maybe if this establishment can actually have some customer service I might go back. I just hate everytime I order something they make it seem I am inconvenienceing them by making them work. I mean how hard is it to make a simple bubble tea or simply just operating the cash register... they definitely need to let go some of the employees.

This is a nice little frozen yogurt shop with more than just yogurt. They have some fun drink options as well. There is a little smore making kit too. We just had the frozen yogurt, which was very good.

Family and I love going here. hopfully there will be holiday flavors of fro yo, would of really enjoyed a pumpkin flavor!

I dont go to many frozen treat shops, but I really enjoyed this one. I even enjoyed their outdoor sitting area that is shared with other store fronts. They offer a decent selection of treats, and a bunch of fun colors, shapes, and textures for bubble tea. I will be going back here on a regular basis.

Open later which is a big plus, a good amount of toppings to choose from and seemed pretty average for price. The frozen yogurt flavors seemed to lean heavy on fruit flavors but they all taste good and I think at least some rotate, but I have only been a few times so far. The staff each time I have gone here has been friendly, I have gotten a smile each time I have gone. The only thing I would suggest is bring cash with you, there were 2 times I couldn't get anything because their card machine was down (they had signs up on the doors thankfully) and I didn't have the extra time to go over to a cash machine. All and all good solid service!

Customer service was lacking a lot, employee seemed to be put off by the customers before us and us. I wanted a popple waffle (so did the ppl before us) which is on the menu; its broken and has been for a long time according to the employee. We got two 20oz cups. (No price per ounce posted at the machines, so if you dont want to get a surprise total i suggest looking at the menu or ask first) ours came to $21 and some change. My hot fudge was not even close to warm. The toppings were on the warm side and my chocolate frozen yogurt didnt taste right. We've decided to continue to support baskin robins where they appericate you coming in and we can get what we want for half the price and its closer to home. I wouldnt bother with this location. If you like this style id suggest going to frenzy in downtown greshma before here, or like i said support baskin robins a long time ice cream shop in our community.

The food is soo delicious! And it has good prices along with a large selection of toppings. Maybe just get more ice cream flavors but otherwise just amazing!

I absolutely adore this place and wish there was a location in Oregon city or Milwaukie! Their boba tea is so tasty, they even have unusual flavors like lavender. I haven't tried their other offerings yet but they have smores, bubble waffles, frozen yogurt and other treats. I'd be here every day if it was closer! Next time, I'll have to see if they'll cut the sweetener in half for the tea, since I find it a little much.
